BIOGRAPHY

Yaya Souffrant is a graphic designer, textile designer and artist, born in Montreal, Canada. This visual designer uses a wide variety of mediums through her practice, from hand drawing, to traditional and digital printing methods on textiles. She describes her creations as being strongly inspired by her roots: the Carribeans and Africa. The multidisciplinary artist behind Creative Sekence perceives patterns as a key to bringing life and character to objects and spaces, but also as a way to combe her multiple fields of interest (arts, design, interior styling and fashion).
